Decided to do Cindy's workout with her today.
Warm up, strides
2X4 min w/2 min recover
2X3 min w/90 sec recover
2X2 min w/ 1 min recover
4X1 min w/ 1 min recover
Cool down
I have no idea the pace on the pick-ups, pretty sure they were sub-7 min pace. I didn't take splits or pay too much attention though, just going along with Cindy.
Felt good to pick it up a bit and move fast again!
