First track workout of the marathon training season for the Baltimore Maraton. Ran a 12:31. Now for a few days of rest before really getting into the thick of things for training. (I'll miss one tempo run as a result but I think after the last 18 days of workouts--four hard ten mile workouts, two 2 mile time trials, a five mile repeat workout, and two races--I can take a little break. the 6:00 hours of sleep was not completely restful.
