A healthier sleep time. Yay! I ran a 5K with my 11 year old. He ran a 33:24. Not his best but he is hanging in there given that we haven't trained quite as much as I'd like recently but it is just a great way to spend an early SUnday morning with my son. Banana 2 muffins Small OJ
