Pretty sweet and tough jungle run in Waimea Canyon , sort of like going down into Grand Canyon , tough climb out. 3k plus ascent vert 🤣😵🍻

that looked tits up though... I have found hiking and running there is tough, humid and jungle terrain , rocky, muddy, rooty, however the views were amazing bro
