Ran 2 miles at 5.0 and walked the other 5
Walked 5 and ran 3!! Ran 2 of them at a 4.9 and on an incline of a 3. The last mile ran was at a 6, no incline. I am going to be sore!!
Just 7 today... I am lazy!!
