Met Ty at the Lone Peak track. 2 miles warm up.
3x2m LT reps with 2 laps jogging recovery (about 5 minutes)
- 5:15, 5:15 -> 10:30
- 5:15, 5:15 -> 10:30
- 5:16, 5:12 -> 10:28
1 mile cooldown.
Felt good today. Even effort throughout. Plan was for 5:15 avg, so for once, I was right on pace.
