Track Workout!
Met a big group at the track at 5am (Matt, Scott, Trevor, Jeff, Kyle, and Ryan!). 4 up + 2 laps of striders.
10x400m with 400m jogging recovery (about 2 minutes).
Splits: 1:09, 1:11, 1:08, 1:10, 1:08, 1:06, 1:07, 1:06, 1:07, 1:00
Lovely morning. Slight breeze, overcast, but no rain. Perfect temps. Felt good. Full recovery was nice.
PM: 3 miles of slow grass loops during the boy's soccer practice
