Long run with Scott on the Alpine route. We Did 2x3m pushes. The first one was a loop with a lot of hills: 6:14, 5:40, 5:10. 1 mile rest. Next set was slightly downhill: 5:27, 5:25, 5:25. Few mile cool down. Lovely weather. Good run.
