I haven't posted here since March but have run lots of miles this summer and early fall. I guess that I just got lazy.  : (

Today was my speed work day.   11 -12 -11

11 minutes at a 10:30 pace and 12 mins at a 8:09 pace. Then 11 mins at a 10:45 pace. 

Warm today 61 degrees.
