The yoga instructor was a no show, but I attempted to do things while I waited. Fell off one of those exercise balls, luckily the floor is covered with mats.
Weekly assessment:
Pullups up 2 from last week; quit with 8 sec left. Different bar. Too skinny.
Situps down 6. Ran out of time
Pushups down 35. My tris cramped up...stupid tris with 20 or 30 secs still left. I was really expecting these to go up.
Foot felt good enough to do some KBs
