Found out biscuits and gravy is a whole mess of calories. Much messier than I previously thought.
Abs tonight.

Weekly assessment: Sit-ups went down 5; pull-ups up 3; push-ups up 5
Flaked on Abs class. Went to a friend's b-day dinner instead. I found out about it after I ate dinner. I treated myself to carrot cake at dinner because I ate healthy all day.
At second dinner I ate a calzone and had a lemonade. I learned my lesson.
Next time I eat healthy for a day, I'm going to treat myself to cake, calzone and lemonade. It was a great combination. |
