I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Technically carrots are a whole food so you can't count it as a supplement. How was running in the rain there...more muggy or refreshing?

Jefferey, running in the rain that night was weird. You could literally run between the rain drops. It wasn't a drizzle. The drops were big but few and far apart. The weather here doesn't make sense to me.

Sam, my pumps have holes so I'll I've got are my vomeros. And I don't dare play online. I wouldn't get any work done, plus the internet connection here is too unreliable.

Civony is a game were you build up a city etc, and play war with other cities! bit geeky really, but I got blown up after I built it up loads took me weeks, so not playing any more :(

I like to play tomb raider! or stuff like that a bit of everything in it.
