I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
So glad my money is paying for your tinkerbells, or dumbbells, or whatever they are.

Haha, Burt. I'm calling them tinkerbells from now on!

What the heck are kettle balls or tinker bells or what ever you call them, and how much did they cost? I want an accurate accounting of how my hard earned tax dollars are being spent by these tax and spend Godless liberals who have been running this country into the ground. You can bet your sweet patottie that if the Reps had won they wouldn't be pandering to girly men by wasting my tax dollars on your tinker balls. That's just pork, pork, pork.
Wait a minute, I need to wipe the spittle off my chin.... OK, that's better... Have I mentioned that the Utah legislature is in session? They can get me riled up. :)
Enjoy your kettlebells Montelepsy. I'd congratulate you on a good workout but I'm not sure what "KB w/ v - 3x, 3L up to10" means.

It's much better to see people riled up than apathetic, Fly.
As for the shorthand, I used to keep notes separately, but I figured I'll use this as a one-stop shop. I'll keep it cryptic to add mystery to my online persona.

arrghh sorry monte cant resist, kettlebell I have one, but it is a bit dusty to say the least not used it in months, so it would be start from scratch!
they look like mini cannonballs with handles, different weights, I have the light ladies one! i think its 16lbs, not sure, anyways you use different moves with them using your whole body, like weights but using your whole body so it strengthens all round!
I dont want to use them, tho I dont do weights, I use own body weight, as I tend to put muscle on pretty easy!
not sure on the shorthand tho, just to keep some mystery LOL

Sam,
I don't want to put on muscle either. I'm trying to slim down so I can run faster. They say doing heavy weight with less than 5 reps will make you stronger without getting bulky. I think it works, because I'm stronger than I was when I started and Rachel says I'm shrinking.
Fly,
That would mean my intials are mmm, like mmm, mmm good.
