one easy mile with McCall for a warm up, and then 2 .5 on my own. After yesterdays run and my hip hurting all day I was a little hesitant about getting out on it and considered calling it good for the weekend. When I got out of bed, it was still giving me alot of problems. But I decided to do some easy warm up with McCall and see how it went. The first few steps really were painful, but after that it seemed to ease up. So I decided to do a few on my own. I'm glad I did, it seems to have loosened things up, and it actually feels a little better!

Hi Michelle,

I hurt my hip when I first started running. I was able to keep running on it, but reduced hills as much as possible - it took about 2 weeks to get better. What I was taught was if it hurts when you start running, but then gets better it is pretty much ok to run on it ... but if it starts hurting while you are running, and doesn't get better then you need to stop.

Good luck!

I don't mind waiting for Eclipse. I like the anticipation.

This past summer I decided to re-read the Harry Potter Series before I read book seven. I couldn't believe how much I had forgotten. I also read with I different perspective--I looked for clues to what might happen in book 7. When I finished book 7, I was sad it was over. So, I don't mind waiting for Eclipse because it's a long time until May when the next book comes out.

What powers do you think Bella will have when she finally becomes a vampire?

I think part of the reason Edward doesn't want Bella to become a vampire is because he loves her as she is now. I think he loves her human qualities like tears and the fact she is alive. Will he still love her as much when she become immortal?

Do you think Bella will ever tell her dad or mom about wanting to be a vampire?

How do you think Bella will handle being a vampire? Do you think once she finally is one, she'll wish she wasn't? Do you think she'll realize how wonderful it is to be human? Or do you think her love for Edward will be enough for the transition? Will Bella be able to manage her thurst for blood?

That's so funny that you're discussing the vampire series. I haven't read any yet, but it's becoming popular in my book club.

Michelle, I'm so jealous you got a massage this week! I'm soooo glad you did it guilt-free; otherwise you take all the enjoyment out of it!

I'm sorry your hip is hurting you! Mine has been quite a pain too! I've been going to the chiropractor (because that seems to be a big part of my problem) and Sasha recommended using exercise equipment (elliptical) on my off days to keep up my endurance but not stress my hip out too much. I'm not sure what is causing your hip problems, though. Good luck. I feel your pain - literally! (hee, hee)
