after last nights run was expecting another great run..... WRONG! Legs were feeling rather tired and upset that I was requiring anything of them, and it was pretty windy out! I had planned to do six or seven but with the wind and the dead legs stuck to my regular five. Should have pushed a little farther, but at least I didn't shorten it anymore than my regular five! After almost a year of hip pain, I am just soooo glad to be able to be doing five again, even if my legs are dead tired and I don't feel like it!!! |
