keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Well today is the first day of school at our house so everyone gets in a little bit of a dither, from the kids to our dad who is the principal of an area school. Knowing that things might be crazy when I got home from work this morning and I might not get out I decided to take the long way home and run home. That way if I came home and things were a llittle crazy I would already be done. I did however forget to get my ipod so I had to do it without music. something I never do. It wasn't too bad once my breathing regulated and it didn't sound as much like a trane huffing and puffing along! All in all not to bad.

Well got everyone off to school for the big first day!!! I think I'm off to bed for a big nap!!!

Ah- back to school! Time to be taxi mom again? Good job getting the run in even on a hectic day!
