Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Two whimpy treadmill miles today on the hotel treadmill. (sounded like I might take flight any minute) But there was T.V. to watch so that was a bonus to my usual treadmill torture!!! That was all I had time for this morning as there is still much shopping to do and very little time to do it today... ya, ya I know and the dog ate my homework.... (excuses, exsuses!!!) Hope to get home tonight in good time to MAYBE do a couple more!!!

I didn't make my GOAL again for this week so as today is the first day of Dec. I'm making new goals.

1. Stay home everyweekend untill Christmas.

That's it. If I do that I think that the running will fall into place. Oh, and I think I almost have the husband talked into doing Moab with me. Even if it only ends up the 5 miler that will help me to train better if he has a goal too!!

Yeah, get your husband to run Moab. The more the merrier. Also, I usually think of the 5 miler as the spouse race. Runners do the half, spouses do the 5 miler.

Good job Michelle...much better than my week of nada. I know the feeling of just wanting to be home!

Stacy- I guess I better change to the 5 miler!

Yeah! More 5 milers! Im nervous running a race without my awesome pacer hubby. (my will power is sometimes lacking.) Im impressed you can run after all that shopping you are doing! That usually just wipes me out.

Lofty goal, Michelle! Good luck, you cutie. My goal is not to eat anymore Pringles until after Christmas. We shall see.

Hey you! So did you have fun shopping?! I'm jealous. I want a whole day to shop, I've just been getting in bits & pieces. I'm too busy w/ mortgages right now so I work on that the whole day while kids are at school, then they get home and its busy until bedtime. Sorry- I'm whining... Anyway- good job getting on the tread mill at the hotel!!
