Made it out after work this morning and initially with the help of the slightest down hill slope had my first mile in around 8:55, was feeling good and had a lot of eneregy! The second was about 9:25 and a little up hill, the third, and I started to feel tired was not so great about 10:30. Not to impressive of a run but did get out before going to bed! I told my husband not to let me into bed under any circumstances before I had run because if I woke up and had to face the dreadmill again I think I would have died! So my weeks mileage isn't shaping up to well I will have to be a lot more motivated for the rest of the week! |
