Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

It was almost hot out today, upper 40's and sunny for half of my run. I decided to add on because I probably won't get much in tomorrow and I didn't get much in on Monday so I'm going to be way behind by the end of the week. The weather was nice and I felt pretty good through most of my run, but now I feel a little worn out, more llike I've been drug through the mud. I'm not sure why other than the first of the week must have taken a toll on my body and it's not caught up on sleep I guess? I feel bad that I stopped short of 8 miles, should have looked before I ran into the driveway because once I do that my body seems to just quit! Hope this nice weather sticks around, it's perfect for running that for sure!!

Once I hit the driveway I am DONE! So do you think you might come down for Painters? I am trying to decide what to do that weekend. Clyde will be in Orem for a wrestling tourney. I don't know if I will be ready for 13 miles...even at a slow pace?! And if we did do it as a training run, would we still sign up? Anyway, let me know what you are thinking because I have so much going on that I am NOT thinking at all!

Great miles today!! You are doing fantastic. I am jealous of your sunny weather. The week to me has been hard because of all the Christmas odds and ends - it really takes a toll.

Great long run Michelle! I feel the same about Painters are Mik'L. I'm trying not to think about it. However, as a matter of honor I have to do it.

Anyway, I'm so glad you're getting nice weather. You deserve it!

Painters is a good course. It is not flat and you will not get a Pr on it. But it is well organized. They start on time.

I think it was around 40 this morning when I got to work, but I'm pretty sure you didn't get the snow that we got in the afternoon/evening. Nice job getting the miles in. Oh, and you could always just round it up to 8, right?
