Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

I got my run in early with my husband this morning. It was a little on the cold side, but overall not terrible untill the last half mile or so. Today I kept up with him better than the other day, I think he slowed down a bit and we were more consistant with our pace. I like running with him, it pushes me a bit but not too hard and then he stops around 3.5 miles and I do the rest at a more realxed pace. I'm not sure if the first is a bit of a tempo run, but it feels like it. We need to get some better cold running gear, I am still cold an hour after running and a cup of hot chocolate!

Great job, Michelle! Fun to run with hubbies, isn't it? Sorry about the cold. You are always welcome to come down here and train with me--houses for sale in my neighborhood! Take a nice hot bath--that's good for warming the bones.

I liked your entry for yesterday--joyful and triumphant! That's totally you.

Hear hear on running with hubbies. I am enjoying getting some workouts in with Cody. Gives us time to talk (well, he talks while i listen and focus on breathing). Im impressed you do so well keeping up!

Getting a little jealous about the whole running with the hubby thing. That isn't going to happen any time soon.

How lucky are you to run with your hubby!

Mine ran once and that was enough. Great Job!
