Didn't much feel like getting out today, kinda have suffered with that all week. But once I got going, about 2.5 miles in I told myself just to relax and just go with it, it seemed to feel better. I took 2 ASA by mistake this morning, thought I was grabbing ibuprofen to ease the hip pain before I went out and I think it worked pretty well. That might be a start of something. I'm not sure why I haven't been motivated to do any long runs or getting out? I have been doing a mile each evening with my daughter, I don't think that should be zapping my energy in the morning, it's always a real relaxed run and so fun, but maybe it is? If so then I guess it is good for me and will eventually help build up more endurance and energy over the long run. Well were almost officially into the weekend so that's cause for a great day! |
