Better run this morning than yesterday. Not quite as humid, so that helped. I wanted to do 6 again today, but I took a new route this morning and when I got to my house it was only five and I called it quits. Hope to get to bed before midnight today or tomorrow so I can get some kinda long run in this week. Hip seems to be doing a little better this week. I have found that heat is helping more than ice. It goes against everything that I've ever thought to be correct, but if it's helping I'm not complaining. Just hope it doesn't backfire and then I get a huge setback! |
