Again I think the theme for the last two runs has been hard. Today seemed even harder that the six miles that I did yesterday? I even seemed to do better Mon and Tues. running home from work after a 12 hour night shift, seems a little backward. I guess the bright spot is that I've gotten it in for today and look forward to tomorrow!! I'm sure it will be better. :) :) Oh... I forgot to mention that Tues. morning while I was running home it was dark out and I came around the corner just as a car was coming down the road. We kinda came together at the same time. Well up the road about 20 feet is a canal bridge. The car was obviously going faster than me, so it got to the bridge before me. Just as it did, a skunk came skooting out across the bridge. I'm really glad for the car because I'm sure we would have met almost face to face. I thought it was funny because of the discussion on skunks just the other day! |
