keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

After trying to sleep with the whole family home today I got up and helped my husband finish getting all the Christmas decorations down.  I had to book it to get a run in berfore going to work.  I hurried and did a quick run.  Legs felt good overall and really wished that I would have had time to do more!  When I headed out the wind from the North was FREEZING but when I hit the turn around spot I actually got a little too warm coming home.  Then I hurried and got ready to head to work to ring the new year with all the local looneys and drunks! (I bet your all really jealous!!!)  Hope you all have a Happy New Year and be safe out driving on the roads!!!

Great job on the miles Michelle! The sleep hours could be a little better! Hope the New Year's traffic at the hospital is very minimal tonight! My son is at the Jazz game with a friend and his family. I will be thankful when he walks back in my house safe and sound! Why does this have to be such a worry night?

Sorry you're working tonight. Jim is too. I was paranoid driving tonight (afraid of drunks) Good job squeezing in the run once again. You're amazing!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
