Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

A pretty slow and difficult run today. It is pretty humid out we have had rain the last two days and that and I think general fatigue seemed to really get me. About two miles in the sun came out from the clouds and it got real warm and even seemed more humid. I managed to bounce along at what seemed like a very slow pace. At around 5.25 miles I decided I had to have a drink and ran into the gas station and drank out of the bathroom sink and then made it home. Not my best run by far, but it's a done run! time 59:59

So now I'm off to clean the bathrooms!! It just gets better and better! Have a great day everyone!

Cleaning? What's that? Oh yeah, that's what I should be doing right now instead of blogging... Fine, I'm off to do dishes... Good job on your am run today!
