woke earlier than i do for school and drove super slow to JP's trying to warm up my car... Thankfully i wore warm running clothes including a head band to cover my ears and gloves! But my fingers were still frozen after the run.. but not as frozen as it could've been! (see, that's me trying to be optimistic) We did a 7 mile loop that went down to telegraphish and passed washington elementary. There was practically no one driving around 6 in the morning so we could've ran in the middle of the road or something... but we didn't. JP's watch wouldn't take our time so we just went by the clock.. so it worked out! 10 min hard pace.. we didn't know our pace but it felt good. It wasn't too bad so maybe we should've gone a bit faster. We got from somewhere by wal mart to the stop sign by the bridge by firestation.. something like that. The hill up was pretty hard espcially with the wind against us.. not like our fingers were frozen enough. Anyways, great run! It feels really good to start off the day early with a run. Makes me actually excited for the day! The run took a little less than an hour so.. do the math? When i got home i attempted to warm up with some hot cocoa. Even added some sit ups while the hot cocoa was warming up. I still have to add a mile so maybe i'll go play tennis with all the other cool cats later today. But right now i've got rehearsals til 2! ahhhhh.

your test came back with a 5:39 1600! Pretty awesome with where we are at right now.

Although that mile time is pretty sick.
