starting at 10am.. JP and i started our run out to chevron! It was actually really great! It wasn't too hot and there was a cool breeze too. We found a sprinkler so we drenched ourselves and at chevron we poured water on ourselves so we could have a good tempo, which turned out alright! it was mostly down hill but it just made us go that much faster when it got flat. after our tempo we chilled at the river for a while. I think that's our new favorite place. So lucky to live so close to it!! anyways, run was very good! :) |
