Ran out by my own some to the Jordan River Temple and walked around the temple grounds and got some weird looks from what seemed like everybody. But i sat down on the grass and just focused on my breathing. I felt really out of place so i didn't stay long but it felt really good just focusing on one thing. Was planning on doing the 200s on Brigham high schools track but there was a firetruck and something was going on there so i didnt botuer. I'll probably go once my brother gets home. Started the tempo 2 miles out but wasn't feeling very good. I didn't feel like i had anything to burn off but kept it somewhat strong til the end. Wasn't the greatest tempo. Stretched outside the house for a good long time and learned how to whistle with the birds! but i guess they didn't like my whistling cause one flew dangerously close to my face. There was a shih-tsu watching me the whole time i was stretching and that was a bit creepy.
