AM: 3 PM: drove up to Nebo. pretty flat course, grass except for the bits of concrete and track. Cut off Stoner at the start and made JP trip over her... felt pretty bad but we restarted. Forgave each other (at least that's what stoner said..bitterly) then raced. kept up with JP and Stoner for maybe a mile plus so that part was good but started falling back. ended up finishing a minute behind them. Not exactly where i want to be but goal is to just stick with Courtney. I really want to improve at Cedar so there's a lot of nervous thoughts going through me. Our team ended with getting 4th! that was great! the girls did great and closed that gap way good! |
