AM: 5 miles up the hills! was looking forward to what was gonna happen... JP and I stuck together and our breathing wasn't doing us good but it felt great making it up the hill. Then the way back was just a party. Worked on our form from what we learned in class! props to coaches. We saw a deer and i shot an imaginary arrow and it died.

PM: 3 miles and had a crazy idea to run with the guys. why? it was a crazy idea. It wasn't too shabby until coach tried to throw me into the mud puddle cause my shoes weren't tied. i mean, my shoes always get untied but i've never tripped over them. talent if you ask me :) So anyways after that incident, coach had to push me up to the girls so i could keep up. After the hill it was like i got a burst of energy (kinda) and so i made it back. crazy right? i thought so too. I was pretty darn tired afterwards. I did play 11 games of volleyball with my awesome team! Realized by the end that i was the only girl on the court. yaya, it's okay to be jealous :)

Nice work on the afternoon run. You guys were cruising. Those crazy ideas are going to make this season a great one for you and the team.
