3 up to dirt road then add on at the school. Kaylee had me talking the whole time on the way up. I guess it helped but i was out of breath by the end. tried concentrating on running more on my toes instead of the heels.kids camp was fun. all the girls are cute. can't wait to see the top 6-8 grade girls run xc!
