Rise and Shine!!: 4x1000 with warm up/cool down to Harts (5ish miles). Supposibly intervals but mine weren't really interval-ly. 1st- 3:52, 2nd- 3:50, 3rd- 3:38, 4th- 3:50. On the third one Roberts pushed me HARD! it felt so good to get up with Frida! It was painful but i was able to say to myself to get over it. I was pretty proud but than on my last one i was just glad i was done.. So pretty much i love morning work outs way more than afternoon!

in the heat: only 3 miles out to the Fields! way excited but (there's always a but..) i felt the morning work out and it wasn't to peachy. After i ate dinner (fish, rice and salad!) i was beat. The End.
