Lovely, Lovely day. It felt really good until we started doing striders and i got really bad side cramps, Megan told me to eat a banana but i came home to fine none :(  Rode bike (3.5m) home but my fanny disagreed even though we just started yesterday! cmon. petted some horses (well stoner did) fed them pop tarts and planning on bringing food that horses can actaully eat next time.

Oh good! maybe next time you can give them some whole grain ice cream or something! that's gotta be good for them. I mean, all the grain that's in the ice cream is whole grain! ;) haha love you mia!
