Needed to get out and run!! Even though it was slow and I needed goggles when I was running into the wind LOL But I felt better at least getting out a bit. I don't know if it's the weather or something else, but my knee has been a bit more buggy then usual.

Four on the treadmill... my hip and knee were pretty painful tonight. I don't really know what is causing all the pain again. Maybe it's the cold...but it's really starting to get me down.

Three on the treadmill, then one on the indoor track in my stocking feet. I will probably repeat this workout tomorrow, but hopefully add a bit of weights and abs at the end. I don't know... I hate when it gets dark so early all I want to do is go home.

Ran with Sue on the parkway good time but we were very slow! There was a bunch of very slippery places. I think if it's still like this we may have to run the trails in our yaktraks. That might be funner anyway.
