Today felt good... I would call it cruz control. LOL This week is going to be a hard week to get my miles in. I fly out to Ohio on Thursday and will be back on Tuesday. I'm hoping I can get my runs accomplished in the mornings before I go to the classes that I will be attending. I'm excited but also very nervous.

| | Today was about the same as yesterday but I incorporated the 5 accelerations that Sasha said I needed to try. I figured I would do it today since I will be traveling later this week. There really was no rhyme or reasoning to my plan. When I felt like it I accelerated for a minute then backed off. The first one I was a bit to easy on myself. The middle ones were better and by the last one I was ready to not do any more. Then I finished slowly about 3/4 a mile. I hope this was good. I will keep trying to incorporate this into my runs. 1:12:01

| | Today was so slow.... man I just could not get any motion going. So I just slowed down and turtled it out. LOL I guess it's not too bad. So here is my plan, I will run in the morning before I fly out to Ohio. I don't know if I will have access to a computer so. I will keep track of my miles and times and post if I can't post while on my trip I will post when I get home. Best of luck to all those who are running St. George. 7 miles - 1:04:18

Was able to get a few miles in before I had to head to the airport. Had a bit of some tummy trouble at the end, I was hoping to get six miles.

I was able to get up before the class started and get my run in. It was raining a bit, not enough to really get you wet, just a drizzle I guess. I had plotted out a 6.2 mile run but got a bit confused and ended up running a bit more.

Not sleeping well on this trip, but when do you sleep well in a strange bed, needless to say I was in a pull out bed so it was even more difficult to sleep. I did make it on my run with no trouble found all the streets, but I had to run earlier then yesterday, luckily I had my head light. Got a bit freeked out in the dark but other then that not a bad run.
