| | Had one of those nights where you sleep so sound I don't think I even moved LOL I usually wake up a few times, so it was a nice nights sleep, felt so good :) My run was pretty good, tummy bugged at mile 2, stopped... potty... then finished feeling better. It's weird that I go through this some weeks then have no tummy trouble other weeks. I should probably log what I'm eating to see if there is something that triggers it. | | I was only going to run 6 miles, but then I was feeling pretty good, and I knew that tomorrow it is going to be hard to get miles in so I ran 7. I will try and do my 5 mile loop in the morning before I need to go to a friends, daughters viewing. 7 miles - 1:02:32 |

| | I don't have work today or Tuesday. Then I will be to a sculpting class in N. SLC from Wedns.- Sun. So I'm hoping that I can keep the miles going pretty good, but it looks like even this week will be a bit shorter. I guess that depends on how much I run tomorrow. I'm not going to be able to get any more today. It was a nice run this morning at 5:30, I had a viewing of a co-workers daughter to attend to this morning.
