| | Today felt pretty good. My left knee is bugging a bit, not when I'm running, just when I'm walking around. But I got new shoes today and I get a massage on Wed. so I think I will be OK. 7.35 miles in 1:05:40 OK here is a bit of shameless self promotion. I have a baby doll in a contest. | | I had a massage after work today, then got in my run. Today was a great run, probably could have gone longer but I needed to get home for all my other stuff :) But I pushed it a little bit faster then I have and it still felt good. 7 miles 1:01:30 |

| | Ran a bit shorter today, then a little bit of upper body weights, the operative word is little. But I think I need to do it more just to try and tone up. My run was not too bad too it slower, but felt good. 6.5 miles - 57:54:02 |

| | Today I felt so slow, it was all I could do to keep running for the 6 miles. Well actually I needed to take a potty break at mile 3 then go again but still didn't keep that good. HMMMM I think I will try to run either trails or the parkway tomorrow. 6 miles - 54:42 |

Slept in way too late...but it felt so good. Then I begged and pleaded til my husband came with me to the trails. He biked and I ran. I had a hard time this morning I think I will do lower mileage week next week. See if it help me feel a bit better. It was a beautiful morning though and having my hubby with me was great! After running every Saturday for years with my running friend it's wearing on me to run alone on Saturdays. I don't know how accurate my time is, I turned it off when I got the half way point so I could stretch a bit, and forgot to start it when I started running again.
