So... my knee was hurting quite a bit on Saturday and Sunday... I even noticed that it was a bit swollen. DANG!!! I really thought it was over all this.... But I guess it really dosn't like me running on pavement. So I took it a bit easy on it and just did 5 miles on the elliptical. By the time I got to the gym my knee really didn't hurt too much, but the big scrape on the back of my heel hurts to have my running shoes on, so I think it needs to heal up a bit more before I can try running again. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. |

| | A couple of nights not sleeping well is starting to catch up with me... Really need to try to get to bed earlier. 11/2 on the treadmill in shoes and 11/2 in my socks, then another mile of fast walkin while I watched some cake competition show. A little bit of weights and then abs and streaching!! Not really much but this seems to be my usual now. |

| | Three miles on the elliptical... I was having some tummy issues and was passing gas quite a bit. I think it was too much sugar free gum, it always seems to do a number on me. Anyway and was clearing out all the other ellipticalers LOL no one seemed to want to be next to me... Oh well... then I did two miles on the TM one in shoes one in just socks. |

| | Had to be to work at 5:00am, so that means the alarm goes off at 4:45 so I can get ready and drive to work on time. Needless to say after so many nights not sleeping well then my early morning work time, I was not really motivated to workout to hard. I stayed on the elliptical for 5 miles watching the first transformers movie... then ran 1.5 miles. I really didn't have more in me. |

| | Sue was out of town so I talked my hubby into biking with me... sounded like lot of fun right? Well for the most part it was, until I decided to take a tumble... yep thats right, I didn't clip out of my peddles fast enough and took a fall directly onto my bad knee and hip, between this fall and the already scrapped up heel on this side I've had it!!! I was so mad at myself! I have a huge purple bruse on my hip and a scrape on my knee, and the cut on my heel from last weekend episode is not looking very good, I think I will go to the doctor after work... I've had it!! |
