| | Tonight felt better then I have felt in a couple of days. It's weird, I don't think I eat or sleep that much different, yet my running can feel so different with in just a few days. 7 miles in 63:45 (one minute faster then yesterday) |

| | Had a bad nights sleep, I think I'm starting to stress a bit about my son's wedding this Friday. I'm off today and tomorrow to help with the wedding plans, so I was able to get a morning run in. Only did 6 miles and they really didn't feel to good. I hope I have a better nights sleep tonight. 6 mile 53:45 |
