Had a VERY busy day at work but was still able to sneak out for a quick run. I thought I had charged my garmin but it died within the first .50 miles. I hope it was just a mistake on my park and not a bad battery.

I didn't run yesterday because my hip was achy and I was hoping a day off would help it. I ending up tripping within the first 10 yards of our run and landing right on my hip and knee. Crud!! I brushed myself off and finished the run. Luckily my hip didn't bug too much. On a slight taper before the 1/2 next weekend. Beautiful Day!!!

We averaged about a 9:30 pace... so I think I'm getting a tiny bit of speed back..LOL
