On elliptical

So I have also been doing weights with hubby and daughter in other days, just having difficulty getting myself to blog.

Going back to my knee doctor and NP doctor on the 30th. Hope to get some resolve on some of my issues and PT for my knee.

Been gluten free and sugar free for 5 days, struggling!

5 days is probably the tough part! I think it is normal to not feel so good while adjusting, particularly to the gluten. I have heard from 3 or 4 people lately who are trying out gluten free diets for joint troubles!

I'm really hoping it helps... I need some changes to happen. This is also a new approach for treating my Hashimoto's (Thyroid) Trying to get my Immune system working better.
