Had a crazy weekend... and didn't get a run in. I think I'm having some sort of mental block when it's coming to my weekend run. Or on the other hand I might just be mental :)

Had a pretty good run tonight, a bit of tummy trouble at the end. I felt a bit slow and I think my time shows that also.

I had a weird tummy thing at the end of my run too! You ran 3 more miles than I did in the same time!! You are my hero! I know how you feel about the "mental" thing! I am SO there with you!!!
