Ran out on the parkway from the gym, it was a very nice night, but I knew I didn't have a ton of time and it seemed like I would run into people that I have not seen in a while and they would want to chat. So I felt like I was doing interval training.... run fast to make up time... then I would run into someone... talk ... run fast to make up time. All in all a pretty good run. I felt a bit more tired and achy today then I did at the start  of the week. But not too bad.

Good run Lori. How's everything feeling lately?

I think things are getting better, but I'm still sceptical that it will stay that way. I really don't trust that my body won't start hurting again. But I don't want to complain... and anytime I can get out and run is great!

So happy to hear that. I was also going to tell you how proud I was that there were no spelling mistakes in your blog entry today. Tee hee! I'm such a jerk. I say something nice and follow it up with something not so nice :)

It's good to know that sometimes I can spell!
