I have finally been sleeping better... still not feeling refreshed, but at least I'm not waking up 3-4 times a night! I think my meds are helping but I think I will still need some adjusting, I get my blood drawn again on Monday so will see how the numbers look.
5.2 on the elliptical, first 4 at a high intencity, then backed off a bit, then stretching and abs. Busy night so didn't get much more done at the gym. Hopefully Hubby will be able to workout with my tonight, I always do better at getting some good weights in when I workout with him. |
