4 miles on 2450 S. today. 9:01/mile. Kept it extremely easy so I can hit it hard for speedwork tomorrow. Planning to hit the gym after work today.

Upper body tonight, first time going to the gym since I moved out in August....yikes! I plan on going consistently until I leave for my mission. I definitely have a lot of work to do in order to build up my strength, but I know it well help me get faster for the big race! |
