Two mile warm up followed by a one mile time trial. I was so excited to be only 2 seconds off my PR when we haven't done any speedwork yet and I wasn't going all out. Plus, I was wearing basketball shorts. I think I could be able to do the 2 mile at that pace in a real race. Gotta re-evaluate my goals now and keep working hard! 1 mile cool down bare foot on the turf. |
