I am currently attending Southern Utah University and absolutely love it there!  I am not running for the school, but am training for road races. I love being outside and am always looking for new adventures!

5 miles in Hidden Valley Hills and through the tunnel. I was alone this time, but still managed to hit a 7:54/mile average. It's hard to tell from these easier runs, but I think I'm looking really good for this track season!! Lower Calves are still pretty tight, I am in desperate need for new shoes!

Well Ginge, if you would have ran my sophomore year you'd know. Basically, I had an embarrassing moment on the track where I thought my shadow was another person.
