1 mile warm/cool. 4x400's. One of my first speed workouts. times were supposed to get faster each time. 1:38, :33, :34, :28. My ankle was hurting a little... but hopefully nothing to worry about. Felt better than usual though.
Went up to AF for the race tomorrow. Ran a wonderful nice 3 miles through a creepy graveyard at night! I felt so good the whole time i was really surprised! The only bad thing was that my knee was hurting a little which was weird cuz i've never had knee problems before. Turned out it hurt the whole night and the next day really bad :/ darn.
