pm: 4x1000's, felt great! I was supposed to hit 3:30ish but it was really hard for me to hit it because i want to go alot faster! i got 3:06, (way too fast) 3:23, 3:22, 3:20. Harts wam/cool with weights after.
am: ran the 8 miler with 20 min AT pace this morning with JP, Stoner, and Mia. I am glad i did- i felt that i was hitting pretty close to my time and it felt kinda easy but really really cold cause we took off our jackets at the park.
am: 3-really rainy today. But we didn't run in the rain.
pm: Fire station hills! I did 8-They weren't as bad as i thought they'd be but my legs were stiff and hurting on the way there and first couple of hills but then they felt a ton better on the rest. On the first few i didn't do so great but then i noticed where i had trouble on the hill and made myself push through that and pace myself and it worked out great. These hills were fun to me and i usually dont like or do good on hill workouts. On the way back my legs felt fine and afterwards Mia gave me an awesome massage that felt great! :)
