Workout on the track: 4x1 mile repeats-hearts warm/cool. First mile I had a good start, hit the right time and felt good. the second and third miles I was way off! It was prolly because i was thinking negatively and not doing my best. The last one I gave it all I had and forced myself to stay with Liz the whole time-then I got closer to my time. overall, I wish I had pushed more and thought more positive. Which I will work on getting better at. |
